Shipping policy

Please reach out to Outdoorable via email within 30 days of receiving items(s)/expected delivery date with questions or concerns at support@outdoorable.ca. Please review the terms of service, return policy, and all other terms and policy conditions associated with Outdoorable, Shopify, and our third party supplier.  

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow sufficient time for your item(s) to arrive if you require them by a specific date or event. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered item(s) by carriers in all provinces/states, custom processing, and/or events outside our control including strikes, weather, and holidays. Once we transfer product information to our third party supplier and carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. 

Some items shipped to provinces/states may require additional taxes or fees including duty/tariffs/import & export fees. Shipping costs are not covered by Outdoorable. Please ensure you review your order carefully before agreeing to purchase item(s) to ensure terms and conditions are met and the correct name, address, billing, and contact information has been provided.
